The type of expenses you can pay for using your benefits card depends on the type of account(s) you have. Please see the FAQ section for your account type for more information.
If your card has been misplaced or damaged, you can order a replacement card by calling (855) 374-6431, emailing email@example.com, logging in to your online account on our FBA Account Management Portal, or using the FBA Flex Benefits mobile application.
Your card does not have a PIN. For cards linked to a Commuter Benefit Account (CBA), you may be asked to enter your ZIP code.
To use mobile communications, participants must register their mobile phones on the FBA Account Management Portal. Once logged in to the portal, participants can register their mobile number in the settings section of the personal dashboard (denoted by a gear icon). All of the participant’s registered phones will receive the same SMS text notifications and can request account balances.
Steps for participants to register their mobile phones:
- User enter the mobile number on the FBA Account Management Portal
- User receives an SMS text message from our mobile gateway
- User opts into text message alerting by simply replying “Y”
